Karma Means Action
That's it
Karma means action. Or you can interpret it as “actions result in outcomes”. It is not a cosmic justice system. You can see how one act affects another act; this is karma in action. At any given moment, we’re all acting upon the karma set in motion by others. The central teaching of karma is that we can pause and break the cycle of habitual reactivity. In that mindful pause, we can choose a more skillful action to contribute to the never-ending web of causes and effects spun all around us. Building good karma means, breaking the cycles of negative reactivity we are continually drawn into. Break the cycle and shift karmic actions toward the positive. Start a new positive loop. Choose the more skillful path and weave positivity into the web of karmic cause & effect perpetually surrounding us.
